Video of The New Porsche Museum

Like some of you, I have been counting the days until the Porsche Museum was opened. With the opening of the Mercedes Museum in Stuttgart, Porsche did everything it could to top it’s rival, from cutting edge architecture to user friendly high-tech advancements. The result were incredible.
For 8 Euro, you can gain access to over 100 years of German Automotive Engineering at its finest and a personal audio guide. The great about the guide is it explains pieces in the museum at the pace and structure that suits your personal desires without disturbing others. Besides the audio guide, there are displays of cars and components coordinated with video whose feed goes directly into your personal tour guide.
This is a racing enthusiast’s museum that any engineer would love. From the very first display, an electric hub drive, the talk is about speed. The rest of the museum explains how Porsche took basic principles on light weight, aerodynamics, and power, and kept refining them until they reached the panicle of where they are today.
